Maryam is the Principal Psychologist and Director of Trinity Psychology. She holds a Master of Psychology with a specialization in Organisational Psychology and brings a wealth of experience across clinical, educational, forensic, and organisational settings. Maryam’s diverse client portfolio includes referrals from Medicare, WorkCover, NDIS, TAC, and legal professionals.​Her areas of expertise include grief and loss, trauma, depression and anxiety, as well as substance abuse. Passionate about child psychology, Maryam enjoys working with children and young people, offering cognitive and educational assessments and school consultations. Additionally, she has a strong interest in facilitating workshops, group sessions, and mental health retreats, aiming to create positive, lasting impacts on individuals and communities.

Nardin is also bilingual, with advanced communication skills that enable her to connect effectively with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Meet John, a highly experienced psychologist with over 25 years of practice across a diverse range of client presentations, including adults, young people, children, and families. John has worked with individuals from all backgrounds, cultures, and life experiences, bringing a deep understanding of the complexities each person faces.

A trauma-informed practitioner, John utilizes a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, among others.
With a relaxed and empathetic approach, John believes that the therapeutic relationship is central to achieving meaningful progress in treatment.

Psychologist | Tracy Johnston

Tracey is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with over 20 years of experience providing counselling and support. She has worked with children, adolescents, and adults, offering intervention for a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, perinatal concerns, relationship and family issues, chronic health conditions, work-related problems, adjustment issues, behavioral concerns, and parenting difficulties. Tracey is committed to creating a compassionate, supportive space where clients can build resilience and move their lives forward in a positive direction.

Recognizing the importance of a strong therapeutic alliance, Tracey is personable, approachable, and authentic in her interactions. She employs a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, and Couples and Family Therapy. In March 2024, Tracey will also be trained to offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to further support clients on their journey toward healing and growth.

Nancy has been working as a counsellor since 2016, driven by a deep passion to help, support, and empower individuals on their journey to healing and self-discovery. She firmly believes in the transformative power of healing, and is dedicated to witnessing her clients' growth as they connect with their inner selves to lead the fulfilling lives they deserve.
Nancy holds a Master's degree in Psychotherapy and a Bachelor's degree in Psychotherapy from MESARPAC (Middle East School of Sexual Abuse Related Pastoral Counselling), accredited by IATA. She also holds Diplomas in Counseling for Children and Adolescents and in International Substance Abuse and Addiction Counseling Studies (ISAACS).

With extensive experience working with a diverse range of individuals, Kahli has supported clients within the justice system, youth populations, as well as those affected by substance use, ADHD, and Autism.
